Using this site and its inquiry form

This site publishes general educational information about crypto-assets and blockchain technology, and a form for sending an inquiry to Blockchainlearningca. It is an information site only. Blockchainlearningca is not a registered dealer, adviser, trading platform or money services business. It does not hold, trade or transfer crypto-assets for anyone, and nothing on it is an offer or a recommendation. Use the form for questions about the published information. Please leave passwords, wallet recovery phrases, private keys and account numbers out of your message, because an inquiry never needs them.

Accuracy, links and reuse

The guides are written as general information, but this area changes quickly. Rules, products and risks can change, so a page may be out of date. Check current details with official sources before you act. Links lead to websites run by other organizations. They have their own terms and policies, and Blockchainlearningca does not control them. Please do not copy text, images or layouts from this site for another use without permission from Blockchainlearningca. This site gives no prices, fees or rates, because they change.

Applicable law and where you live

The laws of the province in which Blockchainlearningca has its principal office and the federal laws of Canada applicable there govern these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The site is general information for readers anywhere in Canada, although rules for crypto-assets and consumers vary by province and territory. Consumer protections that your own province or territory grants and that cannot be waived by contract remain available to you whatever these terms say.

No advice and no dealing

Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and nothing is a suggestion to buy, sell, hold or transfer any crypto-asset. The guides explain ideas and risks in general terms and cannot take account of your income, goals or circumstances. Blockchainlearningca does not rate, rank or endorse any coin, token, exchange, wallet or company. Decisions about crypto-assets are yours to make, ideally after speaking with a qualified professional who is registered to advise you.

Being contacted about an inquiry

Sending the inquiry form, which has three fields (name, email address and message), means you agree that Blockchainlearningca may answer at the email address you gave, and only about what you asked. Replies go by email. You can read this site without agreeing to any of that, and the form does not subscribe you to a newsletter. We do not send marketing email without your consent. To stop hearing from us, write to contact87@blockchainlearningca.shop and we will honour the request.

Last updated: October 2026. If these terms change, the revised version is published on this page with a new date. Using the site after a change means you accept the revised terms for later use. If you disagree with a change, stop using the site; this does not affect an inquiry you already sent. Questions about these terms can be sent to contact87@blockchainlearningca.shop, and we will answer at the email address you provided.
